ICE / International Cooperation in Education

International Cooperation in Education - ice initiates and supports international research cooperations and projects in education. ice links international and national research institutions and funding agencies. The aim of the service is to promote and optimise research cooperations and to increase the international impact of educational research conducted in Germany.

On request, ice also provides advice and support for international research initiatives. A main focus in first place will be on OECD and EU programmes and projects. The service will install a web portal that offers comprehensive information and that facilitates the development of infrastructures for international research cooperations.

International Cooperation in Education will support educational researchers in

• initiating and coordinating international cooperations;
• developing an international finance strategy;
• disseminating research results and national research strategies and
• implementing educational research on an international scale.
