The archive of the Research Library for the History of Education (BBF) offers scientists with an interest in the history of education papers and personal trusts, collections and files. Moreover, the archive documents the history of raising and practically educating children in the German-speaking area.
The BBF archive collects, preserves and indexes sources that are of educational historical interest as well as private collections and files from organizations and institutions with no mandatory deposit to state or other archives. The BBF archive renders its stock accessible to researchers and other interested users. Currently, the archived stock amounts to 1,800 running meters.
