Eugenia Tsoukrova has been working in the Technology Based Assessment (TBA) project at the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF) since November 2008. She studied electrical engineering in Russia and worked in Kiev (Ukraine) as a technician and engineer. Later in Germany she worked for different companies as a programmer and web developer.
In the NEPS (National Educational Panel Study) subproject “Data Warehouse” Eugenia Tsoukrova is responsible for programming the metadata editor questionnaire in C# and the web portal.
