Abstract: Der Reisebericht fasst die Ergebnisse des Besuchs einer deutschen Studiengruppe in einem staatlichen College sowie im Bildungsdezernat der Stadt Jaroslawl zusammen. Das Bildungsdezernat ist für den Vorschulbereich, die allgemeinbildenden Schulen und die außerschulischen Einrichtungen der Stadt Jaroslawl (630.000 Einwohner) zuständig. Die gesammelten Auskünfte und Eindrücke werden in den größeren Zusammenhang der sog. "Modernisierung" des russischen Schulwesens und Bildungssystems eingeordnet, die gegenwärtig vom föderalen Bildungsministerium in Moskau aus betrieben wird, und kritisch analysiert.
Abstract (english): This report contains the results of a german study group who has been visiting the national college and the educational department of Jaroslawl (260 km from Moscow, 630.000 inhabitants). The educational department is re- sponsiblefor pre schools, higher educational schools and the extra- curricular institutions of Jaroslawl. The content of the informations and impressions will be classified in the context of a so-called "modernization" of the Russian school system and educational system which will be actually managed and critically analysed by the federal Department of Education in Moscow.
