"Education in Germany 2022" published: Educational staff in focus
The development of the education system over the past two years has been significantly shaped by the Corona pandemic. This is also evident in the 9th National Report on Education "Education in Germany 2022" published today.
Among other things, digital education offerings have been expanded enormously, without being able to replace the elimination of face-to-face formats everywhere. At the same time, this has resulted in major additional burdens for families, learners and educational professionals. Educational personnel are also the focus of the report's main chapter. Important findings: The need for qualification is increasing, and there is a shortage of personnel, especially in the daycare and school sectors.
