Abstract(englisch):
One justified assumption that can be drawn from the comparison is that it is possible to extract "departure" points for reforms and innovation, especially the following: preset educational standards (partly linked to a national curriculum); increased self-responsibility for the schools; regular implementation of evaluations or centrally determined tests; expansion of educational activities differentiated at the intra-school level; and allocation of resources in a manner that provides targeted support of the actors in the educational process.
