Abstract (english): In the article a series of empirical research projects (1980- 2003) on moral judgements are summarized from the perspective of the relationship between facts and norms. The author's central thesis is that this relationship can be discussed productively, if one turns to contextualized analyses of moral judgements. And that it is particularly advantageous to do so in an action theory framework and from a developmental perspective. For reasons that the data aswell as the data collection can be understood only in the framework of action theory, this theoretical approach is explicated preceding the summarization of the main results of the studies.
