Abstract: Das umfassende Handbuch enthält beschreibende Darstellungen der Bildungssysteme aller europäischen Staaten, wobei die Auswahl unter dem Gesichtspunkt der ihrer Mitgliedschaft im Europarat getroffen worden ist. Die Länderstudien werden durch eine bildungstheoretisch und bildungspolitisch thematisierte Einführung, einen perspektivischen Ausblick und ein statistisches Profil ergänzt. (DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract (english): The comprehensive manual is composed of descriptive chapters on the education systems of all European countries, whereby the selection has been decided in view of their membership in the Council of Europe. Abstract (english): This study of the education system of Lithuania is part of the handbook "The education systems of Europe" which presents an analytical description of the education systems of all European countries, following common guidelines. The study begins with the historical background and social context of the Lithuanian educational system which is followed by the description of the organizational and administrative context of the current education system. The next step is the functioning of the current education system, beginning with a structural overview and followed by an analysis of the different levels of the education system, including, as a separate chapter, post- secondary and tertiary education. Abstract: In diesem Projektbericht werden die Daten der Sonderschulen, die an den ArbeitsPlatzUntersuchungen (APU) in den Schuljahren 1998/99 (APU II) bis 2001/2002 (APU V) und den Pädagogischen EntwicklungsBilanzen ( PEB) im Schuljahr 2002/2003 (PEB I) teilgenommen haben, zusammengefasst. Durch die Aggregation der Daten entsteht ein Meinungsbild aus insgesamt 21 Sonderschulen. ... Für die PEB wurde der Fragebogen aus den APU insbesondere um den neuen Abschnitt I "Fragen zur Unterrichtsqualität" ergänzt. Die Daten dieses Abschnittes beziehen sich auf insgesamt 4 Sonderschulen mit 50 Lehrkräften, die sich an der PEB beteiligt haben. An den Erhebungen mittels Fragebogen haben in den Schuljahren 1998/99 bis 2002/03 420 von 463 Lehrkräften aus 21 Sonderschulen teilgenommen. Die Rücklaufquote der ausgegebenen Fragebogen betrug insgesamt 90,7 % und variierte zwischen 75 % und 100 %. Die Anzahl der Lehrkräfte pro Schule, die sich an den Untersuchungen beteiligten, variierte zwischen 6 (kleinste) und 64 (größte) Sonderschule. Die Ergebnisse sind repräsentativ für die jeweilige Schule (Mindestrücklaufquote 75%), stellen jedoch keine repräsentative Stichprobe für das Land Hessen dar. (DIPF/Orig.)
