Welcome at DIPF
The German Institute for International Educational Research supports educational research, educational practice, educational policy and educational administration on the basis of scientific Infrastructure services as well as research and educational system evaluations. As a member of the Leibniz Association, DIPF aligns fundamental research with innovative developmental work and its implementation to the benefit of society.
Using intelligence tests and systematic interviews, DIPF researchers investigated 129 children aged between six and nine years to find out whether their intelligence affected the children’s moral development. No correlation could be found.
What are students’ learning requirements? And what educational outcomes can we expect beyond achievement? A new publication summarizes current research findings and presents details regarding how such learning conditions can be assessed based on the example of the 2015 PISA study. Concurrently, validated questionnaire instruments are made available online.
A new dossier by the portal “Education worldwide” provides an overview.
