Communications Office

Three areas of tasks are served by the Communications Office: public relations, internal reporting and reporting to the governing board.

Tasks

The Communications Office works on:

  • strategically positioning the Institute in different public spheres by target group specific communication;
  • medial processing of the Institute’s projects and products for different target groups;
  • mediating between external requirements and internal offerings;
  • planning and organising conferences and events;
  • coordinating all activities related to evaluation and reporting;
  • further developing communication within the Institute;
  • supporting the conceptual development of the Institute;
  • supporting and organising the work of the executive board and the scientific boards.

Service Units

Events & Corporate Identity

The service unit "Events & Corporate Identity" conceives, plans and realises internal and external events of the DIPF and deals with the institute's culture and corporate design.

Press, Social Media & Websites

The service unit "Press, Social Media and Web Presence" is responsible for the external and internal communication of the DIPF via the DIPF website, social media, press releases and other communication formats.

Transfer, Reporting & Executive Board Office

The service unit "Transfer, Reporting & Executive Board Office" is responsible for transfer development, internal reporting and executive board matters at DIPF.
